Subscription Plans
Choose your Subscription Plan type based on the number of devices you have:
- Primary Plan if you have up to 5 devices
- Enterprise Plan if you have 6 - 20 devices (Save 15%)
- Corporate Plan if you have 21 or more devices (Save 30%)
Then enter the quantity of devices you have and click Add to cart.
(Note that LoRaWAN devices count as 0.5)

The Farmo subscription plan covers all data charges, data processing, dashboard, app and alerts for each device. Farmo is paying the data charges on your sims when they ship, so we appreciate your payment when you receive your devices.
If you buy your sensors via an agent or in-store you will be asked to purchase the Subscription Plan directly from Farmo. Once we have your details we will set up your dashboard and send you the login details.
You can add/remove devices, or upgrade/downgrade your plan at any time, just email help@farmo.com.au or call us to make the adjustment.
NB-IoT and LoRaWAN devices can be mixed in the same Subscription Plan. Note that LoRaWAN devices count as 0.5 in your device allocation.
Note: Subscription plans purchased via the On Farm Connectivity Grant include a 1-hour online training package (valued at $75 inc. GST).
