Terms and conditions
- This offer is for one Water Rat per farm, and only for the Water Rat.
- Notify us within 7 days of the trial period finishing if you want to return.
- Trial begins when the Water Rat is delivered to you.
- Free trial covers those purchasing the Water Rat in good faith as using intended for monitoring the water level in tanks and troughs.
- Keep the carton box when unpacking and use it if returning.
- We process your refund within 7 days of receiving the return.
- We will ask for feedback with any returns. This is to help us improve our product and our communication in the future (and doesn't affect the full refund which is guaranteed for any reason).
