I live 45 minutes drive from our farm and it's really important to know if something has gone wrong with the water. The Water Rat has saved me a lot of time and worry. Really, a very cheap solution to the problem that I had, I’m actually going to buy another one to stick in my water tank as well.. I’ll have 2 systems working for me.

The Rain Gauge has been working well ..we've got a property that's 150km from our home block and it lets us know if we need to head out there when there's been a big storm or when we have had rain we might not need to rush out there cause we know the stock will be fine. It's been a good product.

The Farmo Tank sensors have alerted me to broken off trough floats and I've lost a whole tank of water. You get the text message that the tank level is low and you look at the graph and you can tell there's a serious issue somewhere. I just put the four in to test out the system. I’m really happy with it, so I’m planning on expanding it.

The Water Tank sensors saved us a lot of time when both valves came undone on a trough, and it started leaking all the water out, and looking on the dashboard, I could see the tank was dropping, so that just saved us running out of water. Terrific.

The Water Rat was very easy to install, which was one of the best things. It saves 400 km a week, that's a massive saving. I have it there as a precaution and peace of mind.

With our Water Rat we know exactly the moment things are getting low and if theres an issue we can go and rectify it. With our dry heat and high stock numbers the consequences could be huge if we dont have monitoring. Its not just about time and economics, it's peace of mind you cant put a price on.

We were able to keep a lot of cattle in very small paddocks because with the Water Rats we were able to make sure they didn't run out of water. We normally would have to install quite expensive water trough monitoring systems which are typically not all that reliable, so we were very happy with the reliability of the Water Rats.
