The Farmo Remote Battery Monitor is designed for remote DC battery and solar systems where reliability matters and site access is difficult. It helps you keep track of battery voltage, current, power and system status without needing to physically inspect the asset.

Built for unattended operation in outdoor and remote environments, the monitor connects to 12V and 24V DC systems and sends regular updates to the Farmo App. Users can view battery performance, receive alerts when voltage or current moves outside set thresholds, and confirm that critical remote assets are still operating.

The device is ideal for marine solar lanterns, remote beacons, off-grid equipment, solar-powered infrastructure, remote pumps, gates, monitoring stations and other battery-powered field assets.

Where mobile coverage is available, the monitor communicates using LTE-M / NB-IoT. For sites outside normal cellular coverage, the platform is designed to support satellite NTN connectivity, helping remote systems continue reporting even when conventional telemetry is not available.

The Remote Battery Monitor is powered by the system it monitors and includes configurable reporting intervals, alarm thresholds and status checks. It also supports a configurable digital input for additional status or alarm sensing.
