This guide explains how to set up Scheduled Reports in the Farmo App.

Once set up, you’ll receive regular emails with a summary of your organisation’s device readings for the time period you’ve chosen.

Prerequisite: You must be an Admin in your Farmo organisation to use this feature. If you are not an Admin, please contact your account administrator to set this up.

Steps to set up your Scheduled Reports


Open Settings → Scheduled Reports → Configure

In the Farmo App, go to Settings and select Configure next to Scheduled Report.



Choose Frequency

Select how often to receive reports: Daily, Weekly, or Monthly.



Set Start Date

Pick the date your scheduled reports should begin.

This date is important particularly if you want a weekly or monthly schedule, as this will decide which day you'll receive your weekly/monthly report going forward.



Choose Report Time

Select the time at which you want the report to be sent.



Select Data Period to Include

Select the amount of data you'd like your report to include in each report.

For example, if you choose past 7 days, each report will include data from the past 7 days.


(Optional) Preview Report

Before you Save your schedule, press Preview Report and you'll be emailed a report containing all of your devices straight away.

You can look at this report and confirm if this is ok. If you'd like to make any changes, you can do so now before continuing to the next step.




Save Schedule

You can now press Save Schedule to save and begin your Scheduled Reports.


✅ And you’re done! Reports will now be automatically sent to you and the other Admins in your organisation following the schedule you've set.

📝 Want to edit your Scheduled Reports? You can come back to this menu at anytime, adjust your settings then press Save Schedule again.
🛑 Want to stop your Scheduled Reports? Press the Stop button then confirm to stop receiving reports.
