Welcome to the Farmo Ambassador Program!

Farmo with your friends and family, and earn rewards when they purchase. Here is everything you need to know to get started.

1. How to Join the Program

Before submitting any referrals, you must register as a Farmo Ambassador.

To register: Email us at support@farmo.com.au or submit the contact form below, and let us know you would like to join the Ambassador Program. This way, we will record your details in our internal system and confirm your enrollment. Only registered ambassadors can submit referrals and earn commission.

2. How the Referral Process Works

Once you are registered:

  • Share your favourite Farmo product with someone in your network.
  • Send us the customer’s details before they make a purchase.
  • When they purchase a Farmo product on our website, you earn 10% commission, capped at $800.
  • You can also request a unique code from us and share it in your socials or your network. Anyone who uses your code will receive 5% off their order, and you will receive a 5% commission from that sale.

3. Who Can Be Referred

  • Only new customers can be referred.
  • Existing Farmo customers are not eligible.
  • Self-referrals are not allowed. :) 

4. How to Submit a Referral

Email us to submit:

  • Customer full name
  • Customer email or phone number
  • Referrals must be submitted before the customer purchases.

For purchases through the unique code, it will be automatically recorded in our system, you don’t need to share the contact details. 

5. Referral Validity

  • Referrals are valid for 6 months from the date you submit them.
  • If two ambassadors refer to the same person, the first referral received will be accepted.
  • Make sure the customer’s details are complete and accurate so we can track your referral smoothly.

6. Eligible Purchases

Commission applies to hardware products only, not subscriptions.

  • If a customer buys multiple hardware items, commission applies to the total hardware order value.
  • Commission is calculated on the final price after discounts.
  • Only the customer’s first purchase is eligible for commission; repeat or future purchases won’t earn commission.
  • Commission is paid only on completed orders. If an order is cancelled or refunded, no commission will be awarded.

9. Commission & Payouts

  • Commission rate: 10% (up to $800 per referral).
  • Payouts are processed on Farmo’s standard fortnightly payment cycle.
  • Commission is approved only after:
    • The order is paid and completed
    • Referral is validated
    • No return or cancellation occurs

10. Late or Incorrect Submissions

  • Please be sure to submit your referral before the customer makes a purchase, referrals submitted afterward won’t qualify.
  • If ambassadors forget to notify us before purchase, the referral is invalid.
  • To ensure you get credit, the customer’s details must match what you submitted.
