The Farmo Subscription covers all data charges, data processing, dashboard, app and alerts for each device. Farmo is paying the Telstra monthly data charges for each sim when the device ships, so we need your prompt subscription payment to cover our costs, support our customers and develop new features. 

If you buy your sensors via an agent or in-store, you will be asked to purchase the Subscriptions directly from the Farmo website. Once we have your details we will set up your dashboard and send you the login details.

You can add/remove devices, or upgrade/downgrade your plan at any time, just email help@farmo.com.au or call us to make the adjustment.

If you are an existing customer and already have active subscriptions, you don't need to purchase new subscriptions with every order. We will adjust your active subscription count so that you get the correct discount across all devices and then set them all on the same payment date.
